The Los Angeles Lakers have been enduring a disappointing season so far. Sitting at 9th place in the Western Conference, LeBron James and his crew have been looking for a victory to keep their title hopes alive, especially after having lost a close game to the Golden State Warriors.

Their next opportunity for a victory came against the Utah Jazz, and LeBron and Co. grabbed this game with both hands to earn a five-point morale-boosting win for the Lakers.

Despite losing Anthony Davis to an ankle injury during the game, LeBron and the Lakers would still manage to take it home and seal the win. Like always, the ‘King’s’ consistency helped the Lakers make a comeback. However, the surprising fact is the player who supported him during the comeback. This was none other than Austin Reaves. This performance from the duo put fans in a state of frenzy.

As the game moved into the 4th quarter, the Lakers found themselves trailing by 8 points. However, LeBron James along with Austin Reaves sealed the victory for the ‘Purple and Gold’. Following this were several fans who claimed that the Lakers’ season is about to start now.

Furthermore, several fans thronged in appreciation of Austin Reaves. The young guard had a terrific game for the Lakers. He had a perfect 4th quarter and scored the dagger three-pointer with 17.4 seconds left on the clock.

As usual, LeBron had yet another strong performance. His 15 point fourth quarter left fans in awe as he led the Lakers to a victory in the absence of Anthony Davis.

Clearly, Lakers fans around the world were hyped and excited about their team’s win. Furthermore, the win for the ‘King’ and his crew has given signs of the Lakers possibly bouncing back in the second half of the season, despite AD succumbing to yet another injury.

As the game moved towards its closure, Russell Westbrook would be given the opportunity to shoot free throws and put the game to bed. And he did exactly that, to everyone’s surprise. The man who has been enduring plenty of scrutiny, gave fans an efficient 17 point performance along with 6 assists.

In fact, the guard looked more energetic than usual during the game. As long as he continues to play in the same fashion, the Lakers can potentially have the upper hand in every game.
