Massive Update on Kawhi Leonard’s Future as Clippers Rally to Beat Spirited Lakers Comeback

When Kawhi Leonard signed for the Los Angeles Clippers, fans once again believed that their team could win it all, especially since Kawhi had taken the Raptors to the promised land a season prior. These hopes became stronger after the Clippers signed Paul George as Kawhi’s co-star. But as it has always been with the Clippers, they would lose to the Phoenix Suns in the 2021 Western Conference finals, and fail to make the finals yet again.
What made matters worse was the injury to Kawhi in the 2021 playoffs. This meant that the Clippers would start the season without him. But there was still hope for the franchise as Paul George would lead them into battle in the 2021-22 season. However, the recent injury to George meant that the Clipper’s chances of making a championship run this season are now hanging by a thread.
