Portland Trail Blazers starter Damian Lillard is going through a fluctuating phase this trading summer. While bigwig changes have come to the table for the upcoming season, Lillard’s trade rumors were also in the headlines. However, Lillard’s approach to switching teams isn’t going his way.

After a first-round defeat to Denver Nuggets in the 2021 postseason, Trail Blazers went off the charts. And unsurprisingly the eyes were turned to their star player Damian Lillard. The 2012 Blazers draftee expressed unhappiness about staying with the team. Thus, trading him was seen as the feasible option.

In an interview, Lillard replied to it by saying, “I have no comments about anything”. While he continues to be in Portland for this offseason, what comes next is yet to be discovered.

He’s making it clear, I’m not happy but stopping from saying, get me out of here.”
