Last night, the Los Angeles Lakers saw a ray of light in what has arguably been a bleak season so far, as they won against the Orlando Magic after losing four consecutive games. Their superstar, LeBron James again stood up and produced an astonishing performance. Incidentally, during the game, the four-time NBA champion had a few athletic displays among which one caught the attention of NBA fans, who reacted to the incident on social media afterward.

During the game, the 37-year-old made a difficult attempt in the air to try and add points to the scoresheet. He successfully went past a couple of?Orlando Magic players and performed a fadeaway shot.

Even the commentators could seemingly do nothing but just praise James for his gameplay. It seemed like he was a bit surprised as he?said, “Not an easy shot to make on a consistent basis.” ?

Meanwhile, the fadeaway performed by the 18-time All-Star went viral on the internet and was able to garner quite a lot of attention from NBA fans on social media. They quickly reacted and flooded the comments section. Despite grabbing a few points with a difficult attempt, it seemed like NBA fans were not quite impressed with King James’ shot. One fan even commented that he should leave the Lakers and “compete for a chip”.?

However, regardless of everything, the Lakers icon was undoubtedly among one of the best players on the hardwood last night. James?finished the game with 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. Interestingly, James ended his consecutive seven-game streak of dropping 30+ points as he just fell short by two points. James has had to shoulder the scoring responsibility of late after Anthony Davis succumbed to yet another injury recently. With this win, the Lakers now sit in 13th place in the Eastern Conference table with a 14-20 record.
