The San Francisco 49ers managed to hold off the Dallas Cowboys and were successful in pulling off a huge upset as the Dallas Cowboys were the fan favorites to win the game. However, some crucial plays by the 49ers, especially by their running back Christian McCaffrey, managed to tilt the momentum in favor of San Francisco. Among many, Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden recently reacted to the 49ers win.

The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 19-12. After going scoreless in the third quarter, the 49ers managed to make a hard push and score 10 points in the final quarter of the game.

Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden, who is a longtime fan of the San Franciso 49ers, made sure to give a shout-out to Christian McCaffrey after he pulled off a 2-yard run in the final quarter of the game.

After the team won the game, Harden went on to his official Twitter account to share his emotions regarding the 49ers’ win. Harden Tweeted, “Been a Christian my whole life… McCaffrey @CMC_22.”

Harden’s tweet clearly  how badly he wanted the 49ers to win, given how the majority of the fanbase was hoping that Dallas would come out on top.

The 49ers not only managed to win the game but they also eliminated the Cowboys from the NFL playoffs.

What was most impressive about Christian McCaffrey’s play in the final quarter was surely the 2-yard touchdown run. Since Hall of Famer Terrell Owens accomplished this feat during the 1998 NFL season, McCaffrey became the first member of the 49ers to score in eight successive games, according to ESPN.

Who will win?

Now that the San Francisco 49ers have managed to eliminate the Dallas Cowboys, the team will match up against the Philadelphia Eagles for the NFC championship. The winner of that game will go on to qualify for the SuperBowl game.

On the opening play of the fourth quarter, the 49ers went ahead of the Cowboys. Christian McCaffrey, sailed into the end zone unimpeded for a two-yard score on the 10th play of a 91-yard drive. George Kittle contributed to the 49ers’ TD that gave them a 16-9 lead with a huge 30-yard juggling catch and a crucial holding call.
