After topping the list for the most underpaid athletes in the NBA this season, Jokic has become a trillionaire per his current contract with the Denver Nuggets.

The 5-time all star earns a big fat cheque ever since the contract extension. One of the fans on Twitter took the opportunity to compare the contract value in Serbian Dinar.

Nikola Jokic?s Contract Details

Jokic was the 41st overall pick of the 2014 draft when he initially entered the NBA. The two-time MVP penned a 5-year extension with the Denver side last year. The contract is set to be valued above $270 million with an average salary of $55 million per year.

The Nuggets showed trust in their star pupil by making him the biggest contract holder in the NBA. The finals MVP compensated the faith put in by the Denver Nuggets. The 7-foot centre lead the Nuggets to claim their first NBA championship in franchise history this past season.

Nobody expected the back-to-back MVP to reach this level of eternal glory. Denver Nuggets were rewarded with a championship for putting all their trust and unmatched patience onto a player based out of the US.
