LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers pulled off an impressive victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Christmas day. The Lakers took Luka Doncic and the Mavs to their limit, pulling off a 138-115 victory. LeBron James had an excellent game, scoring 22 points, 1o rebounds, and 7 assists.

LeBron James spoke to the press after the Lakers win over the Mavericks. When asked about his body and how he prepares it in year 18, James said that he never stops being ready for big games. “I train my body for whatever. I’m not your typical guy in his 18th season … I train my body for a marathon… they say if you stay ready, you never have to get ready.”
James has proven himself to be one of the most durable basketball players in NBA history. Even in his 18th season, he still plays at an elite level and is one of the best players in the league. The effort that James puts into keeping his body fit and proper is well documented. James spends an estimated $1 million a year on keeping his body in pristine condition.

LeBron James: Ultra-durable
LeBron James is coming off an excellent 2019-20 season. He teamed up with Anthony Davis for the first time, and the two led the Los Angeles Lakers to the first seed in the Western Conference. In the playoffs, it appeared as though LeBron kicked off into another gear.

LeBron James helped the Lakers zoom past the entire Western Conference, completing a gentlemen’s sweep of the Trailblazers, Rockets and Nuggets. After that, he led the Lakers win the NBA championship in six games against an equally deserving Miami Heat side. For his efforts in the series, LeBron James was named Finals MVP. With his fourth Finals MVP, he became the first player to win Finals MVP for three different franchises.
