Speaking of Nikola, well, Nikola also possesses amazing shooting abilities from the 3pt line. It definitely sets him apart from others in the league. After all, there aren’t many centers that can deliver on the defensive line as Joker does. This speaks volumes about him. Some people believe Nikola is on the right path, just like James was when he was a rookie. People have faith and a newfound respect for Nikola. Many people are talking about LeBron and Jokic in the same conversations.

Some people like trolling James on the internet for his so-called lies. For instance, they criticized him for claiming to have been listening to the hip-hop group Migos since 2010, which the fans trolled him for. The group released their first album much later.

But his on-court intelligence is unmatched. He remembers the exact plays of not just his team but his opponents too.

Sometimes, he rightly predicts the exact play the opponent is going to run. Recently in JJ Redick’s podcast, a player who has played with and observed both Jokic and LeBron appeared on the show. The 2x NBA champion Kentavious Caldwell-Pope gave his take on the similarities between the star players.

KCP believes James and Jokic are High-IQ players. They have immense caliber to control the game and involve their teammates. KCP seems highly impressed by these traits. He further agrees that playing with both of them is incredible.

Kentavious, while playing with Jokic, was impressed with his amazing, one-legged shots. Seeing him practice every day and then executing those shots is fantastic.

KCP also shares his perspective on both the players, after having played with both of them. He says, “Man, I would say high IQ players, they know how to control the game, how to involve their teammates involved, making their teammates better around them. I’d say that’s the biggest similarity.”

He added, I know playing with both in my career is a jump sky-high.”

KCP explicitly shares his admiration for LBJ

The Denver Nuggets guard declares his admiration for King James, mentioning James has been one of his idols, and playing with him and winning a championship was a dream come true. He learned a lot from LeBron about leadership and being vocal with teammates. LeBron helped him grow in that aspect as well.

KCP declares that the Los Angeles Lakers forward is a top professional, and he learned a lot from him.

He says, “Bron, he’s been one of my idols growing up, since I’ve like been wanting to be a part of the league. Just being able to play with him and win a championship with him was like amazing, you know. He’s a top professional guy. I learned a lot from him as far as like being a leader and being vocal to your teammates.”
