LeBron James and Anthony Davis missed out against the Nets due to injury

NBA Insider of ‘The Athletic’, Shams Charania reported that both the superstars would miss out on the game against the Nets on Monday. He wrote on Twitter, “Lakers? Anthony Davis and LeBron James are listed out Monday vs. Nets.”

However, the actual reason behind their missing out on the game was injuries. Last night, Davis sat due to a right foot stress injury while the four-time champion missed the game due to ‘significant‘ left ankle soreness.

Both the superstars missing out on the game had nothing to do with the refs missing an obvious foul during the Lakers vs Celtics game. It was just a rest day for them after a hard-fought game against the Celtics.
