Number 30 for the Golden State Warriors is a generational talent who expanded the game in terms of how it is played. Clearly, Steph is unlike anyone we’ve seen before. In light of Curry’s career, Andre Iguodala claimed that Steph is a rare breed like Michael Jordan. He even compared him to Kanye West and questioned whether he realized his greatness or was being humble.

In a recent episode of the ‘Point Forward’ podcast, Andre Iguodala spoke to Stephen Curry about the latter’s greatness as a player. The discussion began with Iggy and co-host Evan Turner, explaining that they felt Curry was a player on a different level as compared to the others. Iggy then stated how he had to humble himself and work hard in comparison to the greats. Furthermore, he compared Curry’s confidence with that of Kanye West.
“Let me know my stuff before I walk in here because I don’t have ‘that’ to just walk in here and say ‘Open the door. I’m coming in,'” said Iguodala on himself.

Clearly, Curry carries himself with a sense of humility. Unlike Kanye, who walks in exerting his confidence, Curry appears to show his confidence in action when he plays. Furthermore, both Iggy and Turner added that greats like Curry are present to break barriers and inspire others.

Maybe it’s Curry’s work ethic that keeps him humble. During his early years, the sharpshooter did not enjoy much success and endured several injuries.
