The Golden State Warriors started the game pretty well by dominating the first quarter. However, they were unable to take a lead in the next two consecutive quarters. Surprisingly, they managed to build in the fourth quarter with a comfortable lead, though that was not enough to make them earn a victory. They went on to lose the game in the final seconds after the ball got stolen away from Jordan Poole, resulting in a 1 point win for the Utah Jazz. Despite being the top scorer with 36 points, Poole was unable to lead his team over the line.
