The spotlight once again found itself right on the head of Kyrie Irving. Since his time with the Brooklyn Nets, KAI has come under the fire multiple times. He has had rather unique stands on controversial issues. The outcome of this has led to Irving receiving harsh criticism for his actions. However, the former NBA champion broke his silence in a recent media session with a simple message.

The Nets were already a target of the media houses after their dysfunctional situation surrounding Kevin Durant and Irving wanting out of the franchise was exposed in the off-season. And they put the majority of the blame on Irving due to his previous decisions. And his recent controversial post created an explosion in the NBA. Even the owner of the team, Joe Tsai openly shared his “disappointment” after Kyrie Irving promoted a film deemed to be antisemitic. In addition, Kanye West, a man who went down a similar pathway, also posted a picture of KAI in what seemed to be a show of support for the seven-time All-Star.
