“We’re Not Playing No Ball Fool”: Charles Barkley Openly Rips Shaquille O’Neal’s 2v2 Challenge With Mark Wahlberg

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal got a befitting reply from another NBA legend, Charles Barkley, for a silly question. Shaq and Barkley are regular candidates for the analyst seats on the ‘NBA on TNT’ show. Often, they could be seen leg-pulling and having fun by bantering with each other on the show. Both Shaq and Barkley are masters at cracking jokes, just as they were on the basketball court.

Recently, Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg appeared ‘NBA on TNT’ and had a chat with the analysts of the show. ‘The Departed’ star had a laugh with all of them, along with comparing his workout schedule with that of Charles Barkley. Wahlberg, along with Shaq, Barkley, and other members of the panelists, gave the particular episode of the show a fresh feeling. They combined their high spirits together to make the show attractive and well-arranged.

Charles Barkley giving a befitting reply to Shaquille O’Neal

Amidst the show, Wahlberg and Barkley were discussing the difference between their workout schedules. They were all having a laugh by contrasting the differences between the workout schedule of the fitness freak Mark Wahlberg and Charles Barkley. Thereafter, suddenly O’Neil came up with a hilarious question which got a befitting reply from Barkley. The Diesel asked Barkley whether they were up for a game against the team of Mark Wahlberg and other analysts. However, Barkley replied, “We’re not playing no ball fool;” showing that they are not on the court to play right now.

The intention behind his words probably depicted his rejection of the offer of the Diesel. He tackled Shaq’s silly question by giving him a befitting reply. The banter between both NBA legends was clearly visible in their words.

Thereafter, Kenny Smith, the other analyst, suggested doing a shootout just as the last time Wahlberg visited the sets in 2003. Therefore, Ernie Johnson went on to give the audience a bit of nostalgia after broadcasting a clip of Wahlberg shooting some ball during his last visit.
