Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Kyrie Irving have received a great deal of backlash after their controversial rule. The popular rapper started the saga after making some supposedly offensive comments against the Jewish community weeks ago. Last week, Brooklyn nets guard Kyrie Irving also got involved in the controversy after sharing the link to a movie based on an allegedly anti-semitic book. Irving was deemed as anti-semitic by several critics and the talks of a suspension also ensued. Recently, Shaquille O’Neal’s close friend Charles Barkley called out Kanye West and Kyrie Irving amid the whole controversy.

NBA veteran Charles Barkley joined his fellow NBA on TNT host Ernie Johnson at The Steam Room podcast. Barkley shared his point of view on the whole Kyrie Irving and Kanye West situation. The two TNT analysts welcomed Rabbi Erez Sherman to get a feel of how the Jewish community feels about the controversial moves by West and Irving.

Irving shared another post to clarify that he had no anti-semitic beliefs. However, a recent comment about his beliefs on anti-semitism has led to a five-game suspension for the Nets star. Initially, the Nets discussed the matter with the NBA and did not take any action.
