Griner was a hoops prodigy who became one of the best in the WNBA, but Me’Arah still has a long way to go. However, she could be like the eight-time WNBA All-Star as he has shown glimpses of her potential on several occasions. She went to Crossroad Schools in California and averaged 5.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists in his freshman year. She averaged 2.7 blocks per game which was quite impressive as a center.

When she would be debuting for the Tigers, she would hopefully be playing under the Hall of Famer coach. She has molded a lot of young players and the NBA legend’s daughter could also learn great things from her. So, there’s definitely a possibility of Me’Arah O’Neal becoming the next big thing in women’s basketball.
