The Memphis Grizzlies superstar, Ja Morant is one of those who cannot wait for it. His recent tweet on the event took the Twitter Verse by storm and even Kyle Kuzma joined in on the conversation. Morant’s suggestion of a Knicks superstar for the All-Star weekend prompted fans to ask him if he’ll be busy on February 19th.
Morant suggested New York Knicks star Jericho Sims for the Slam Dunk contest next month. However, fans put that suggestion aside as everyone wanted the Grizzlies star to ‘sign up’ for the competition.

As per reports from NBC Sports, for the first time in 20 years, Utah Jazz will host the All-Star event from Feb 17-19. The few names that have been confirmed for the slam dunk contest are Shaedon Sharpe and KJ Martin. If Morant’s suggestion, Jericho Sims, and Morant himself sign up for the event, it is going to be an entertaining affair. The Washington Wizard’s star, Kyle Kuzma also wants Morant to sign up for the event.

Morant has been proving all the hype surrounding him this season. He is putting on a show for the fans and it is all that a dunk contest needs. NBA legend John Salley, recently mentioned how he thinks the all-star is the “future” of the NBA. With his current performances, it is difficult to deny that.
