Hilarious arcade moves grab Shaq’s attention

Shaquille O’Neal was a dominating force on the basketball court. Since his debut, he was a true force of nature. While his dominance peaked with the Lakers, culminating in a three-peat with Kobe Bryant, there remained just one critique of the game.

Though Kobe himself called out Shaq for his work ethic, when you compare his career to almost any all-time great, he wins. But, the only true weakness to his game was his shooting. A below-average shooter, Shaq lingered in the 50s from the free-throw line throughout his 19-year career.

So, it’s safe to assume Shaq did not enjoy games of arcade that involved shooting hoops. Perhaps, that is why this particular video caught the Los Angeles Lakers legend’s attention. In the clip, a man is sizing up his defender before crossing him over. All of this, inside the arcade.

? Then, he jumps over the entire shooting rack machine and lands inside as he tries to dunk it in.

While Shaq is a man of the people, it is hard to assume that he would condone such notoriety inside the arcade. While a little flash wasn’t a problem, jumping into the machine and causing damage isn’t the best idea.

Or maybe, Shaquille O’Neal didn’t think of the repercussions and just found it funny. Anyways, it continues the trend of the four-time champion’s gradual shift to Threads, alienating Twitter.

Is Shaquille O’Neal on Mark Zuckerberg’s side?

For years, Diesel has endorsed Elon Musk. When he took over Twitter, the 4-time Champion was among the first to stand by Elon, rather than against him. But it seems like a real competitor has caused O’Neal to rethink his stance.

Quickly joining the newly released Threads platform, Shaq became one of the first 80 million record-breaking users. Of course, he wasn’t the only NBA personality to make the move.

As a first-of-its-kind alternative to Twitter, perhaps this is Zuckerberg’s shot to combat Musk. Only time will tell which platform reigns supreme. On one side is Twitter’s identity and legacy, on the other is the free nature of Threads.

It seems like O’Neal has chosen his side, have you? Which platform are you leaning toward? Let us know in the comments below.
