Deion Sanders’ sons recently surprised their father with a brand-new house. Calling it a house is underselling because it is a mansion that is equipped with every amenity one can think of. While Coach Prime enjoys the luxury of his new mansion gifted by his sons, NBA veteran Gilbert Arenas has some complaints.

Reacting to the news of Sanders’ new mansion, Arenas took to X, hilariously expressing his dissatisfaction with his own kids. The NBA veteran said that he is due for his birthday gift while Coach Prime is getting a mansion. Arenas posted, “I’m still waiting for a bday gift from my kids,” with a lot of laughing emojis on his account.

Deion Sanders’ mansion is something to marvel at, even when you take the sentimental value out of it. But the fact that his sons are thoughtful with what they gift to their father adds so much more to its value. A proud father, Sanders said, “My three sons want to do this for me. It’s awesome,” upon receiving the gift. He already has plans on how he is going to enjoy the luxury of this mansion. He said, “I’d be out here having breakfast every day.”

The mansion comes with a pristine bath, an in-house workout room, a climate-controlled wine room filled with gourmet wines, a back terrace, and a pool overlooking a picturesque view of valleys and a river.

Gilbert Arenas’ child support issue

Father to four kids, Arenas made over $160 million in the course of his career. So, the money isn’t an issue for him, but he has a very genuine concern when it comes to providing child support payments. The NBA veteran started paying $20k in child support, however, soon the numbers went up. He said during an interview with DJ Vlad, “I bumped it up to $35K and then I paid for school on top of that which made it $44K. I was originally at $20K, and I went up to $44K.”

“The judge was like, you know that I have to go by what’s on paper. So, if you are going to keep coming here, I will have to drop it down to the real number. Eventually, the judge went from $44k to $7,100”, he added. Because of their troubled history Arenas said that they don’t get along, but his love for his kids is not restricted by anything and as long as the money goes for their good, he is willing to pay more money.
