As Royce Reed’s new interview dropped, a new series of allegations against Dwight Howard have resurfaced. After alluding to the tension between father and son, the former dancer has made another allegation about the 8x NBA All-Star. Speaking about her son’s birth, Reed claimed how one thing caused the basketball legend to have no contact with her for months.

In an interview with Cam Newton for The Funky Friday, Reed explained how Howard ghosted her until her fifth month of her pregnancy. And the reason behind the former Lakers player finally contacting her was for one purpose. And it was a paternity test before the child was born as Reed recalled. “The one where they can like go do the early testing,” she said.

While she agreed to do it, her doctor suggested otherwise. “They asked me if I would do that and my doctor was like absolutely not it’s dangerous and I was like I have no problem taking it after the child is born and I did it,” Reed said.

Following this, Reed added how she was asked not to reveal Howard’s name as the father. And she was also allegedly offered money. “These people tried to offer me money to say that it wasn’t his. They offered to move me away and get me a bunch of stuff so I wouldn’t have to worry,Reed detailed.

This was why she claimed that she had to remove Howard’s name from the invitation card for her baby shower event. She further added, “They still were like when I tried to have my baby shower and I had my registry and all that stuff I had to take his name off the registry. When I had the invitations I had to take his name off the invitations like the last name my child’s last name.”

The former Los Angeles Lakers player is yet to make any comments on the accusations. Just a few days ago, Reed created a new account on Instagram to drop several alleged details about her past relationship, which is likely about Howard, although she didn’t mention any names. Reed also discussed her son’s current relationship with his father.

Royce Reed convinced her son for DWTS appearance

In the interview, Royce mentioned the strained relationship between Howard and his eldest son, Braylon. While she certainly supports her son’s intentions, Reed wants him to respect his father.

“Braylon had cussed his a** out. My son had cussed his daddy out and I did say that’s still you daddy like watch your mouth but his point was still valid,” Reed said. Moreover, Braylon didn’t even want to join the family for an appearance on Dancing With The Stars for Howard. “He was mad because I pushed him to go on Dancing with Stars. I said no go for the experience,” Reed noted.

However, she also urged Braylon to go for the experience. While the 17-year-old was initially reluctant to join his siblings, he finally went to the show. “I’m like go for the experience not for him! And he had a good time because he spent it with his siblings,” Reed explained. The former dancer detailed that Braylon enjoyed the time. Speaking of Howard, do you think he will respond to the allegations this time?
