Over the years, Dennis has made some shocking claims. Whether it was dissing Larry Bird or claims about his sexuality, the Chicago Bulls legend has always been outspoken. But, his recent comments might have been his most shocking.

The 7-time rebounding champion went into a description of the 2-week time that he spent in Russia with their leader. “I went to Russia for two weeks…He[Putin] was cool to me too. See, every time we’d go out, it’s like, ‘Oh shit’, he got like 12-13 models. Every day we’d go out to eat, someday we’d go to parties like these models, like, just right there. I’m like, ‘Wow.'”

For Dennis Rodman to exclaim, “That’s crazy”,?you need to have done something extraordinary. Unexpectedly, seeing the behavior of the usually stoic Putin was a true shocker. But the friendship was not in vain as soon after; the country released an American prisoner. However, the prisoner’s low health and subsequent death caused significant stress to Rodman. While many people blamed Kim for the situation, Rodman made it clear that he was already sick and defended his “best friend” from the accusations.

Since then, he even went to rehab to work on his mental health. Even though he faced severe backlash, The Worm maintained his stance on diplomatic relations between the two nations.
