Jasmine Jordan, Michael Jordan‘s daughter, is now 31-years-old. But she was only five when the Chicago Bulls’ legend won his last championship. No doubt, she was confused by all the attention her father received. “I was like, why is everyone so intrigued by you, you’re just dad, you’re not that cool,” she once said.
Well, the child who ‘actually Googled her dad’ celebrated her birthday on December 7, and ‘MJ’ was seen enjoying time with his family. In fact, Marcus Jordan was also present. He posed with his dad and sister, Jasmine, for photos and shared them on his Instagram stories. He wrote, “HAPPY BDAY SIS @MICKIJAE“.
However, the photo attracted a lot of attention, as Marcus and ‘MJ’ have had a rocky relationship. The father does not approve of his son’s relationship with Larsa Pippen, who was Michael Jordan’s former teammate Scottie Pippen’s wife. Nevertheless, they seemed to have a great time at the party.

Did you know that after Jasmine was born, the NBA legend revealed in an interview that he was hoping for a daughter? This was because he already had two sons. Jordan had previously shared, “I’m very proud. I have three beautiful kids. Those are my trophies. The most important thing to me now is family.”
Jasmine’s eldest brother, Jeffery Jordan, also shared a picture of his mother, Juanita Vanoy, and his siblings on the happy occasion. It is not certain if Vanoy attended the celebration.

Jasmine Jordan was intrigued by her father’s success
In 2020, Associate Press spoke to Jasmine. She revealed how much she learned about her father from ‘The Last Dance’- a documentary that gave fans a closer look into Jordan and the Bulls’ rise in the 1990s. It also delved into the legend’s personal life. “It’s definitely been something that’s been eye-opening.”
Although Jasmine had heard all the buzz surrounding the Chicago Bulls legend and numerous stories of superhuman feats done by her father, she used to think that people made things bigger than they were. It seems she learned about his impact on sports just recently.
