Golden State Warriors acquired their fortune player, Stephen Curry in 2009 and ever since he has achieved tremendous heights. Over time the 32-year old has made a place in the list of NBA greats and now, no looking back. The stature that Curry possesses is often misjudged at his first glance. But Warriors head coach, Steve Kerr seems quite impressed with the lad all the time and says his competitiveness is ‘underrated’.

Steph is a 6ft 3inch, which is considered short as per average NBA star height range. Moreover, his stature is also lean and not as buffed up as probably, LeBron James. But once you watch him play with that swiftness and accuracy, he’s no less than the legends. Despite his body structure, Curry’s air time and the style of playing he possesses is incredible. Opponents might misinterpret his game looking at him in the first place only to find out how deadly he can be on-court.

Stephen Curry is nowhere even close to how the likes of Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal, and Michael Jordan look physically. Steve Kerr commented, “He’s so different from your average NBA star. Most NBA stars you know, they’re physically imposing, and here’s Steph. He looks like he’s just another guy,” he added, “And then he makes everything look so easy with his game. You don’t really see the fire that’s in him but you feel it. When you coach him or play with him you understand how desperately he wants to win… he is fierce competitor but he is unique to himself.”
