Miami Heat was completely ready to sweep off the Bucks after going 3-0 up against them. But the top-seeded Eastern team denied their wishes in Game 4. Bucks’ star, Giannis Antetokounmpo was out due to injury early in the game, but Khris Middleton carried his team to victory for an added Game 5.

Jimmy Butler and Co. were going strong throughout the series. They put up a tremendous show in these semifinals that have pushed the highest-scoring team in the league to the brink of elimination. But the fourth game surprised the viewers as Bucks grabbed a 118-115 win over Heat.

Khris Middleton led the scoreboard with 36 points in Game 4. Giannis was sent back to the dressing room after his sprained right ankle got reinjured in the first half of the game. The Greek Freak was looking good with 19 points and 4 rebounds in 11 minutes of gameplay. But unfortunately, he had to exit after the mishappening.

Now that the series will move forward to Game 5, Giannis’ return is questionable. That leaves Bucks on a disadvantaged end as Heat is dominating the series 3-1.

Can Milwaukee Bucks hold onto the Semifinal series without Giannis?

According to Inside the NBA‘s significant crew member, Charles Barkley, the Bucks cannot make a comeback to this series without Giannis. Barkley says that they can’t repeat the previous game’s performance in Game 5.

“I don’t think they can beat Miami again because first of all, they got really lucky to win that game. But if Giannis does not play, I don’t think the Bucks can beat Miami…I gotta take my hat off to Milwaukee Bucks and coach Budenholzer, Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, my boy (Eric) Bledsoe. They competed. I did not think they were going to win, I thought they were going to get swept. But they showed me something, I was really proud of those guys.”

“If Giannis sits out and Milwaukee wins that game tomorrow, all hell gonna break loose…This is a real serious deal,” NBA Hall of Famer confirms.

We are yet to find out if Giannis will be present for this heated up series ahead. If he doesn’t, Bucks are probably looking to sit out of the remaining postseason.
