Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant’s death has given a jolt to the entire world. It’s heartbreaking to think of the loss of such a legend. But what is worse is the time Bryant’s family is going through. It’s Gigi Bryant’s birthday and the little one would have turned 14 years today.

Kobe Bryant and his daughter died in a helicopter crash with seven others on 26th January this year. Fans all over the world are sending their wishes to Gigi and her family on her birthday. There are messages that are heartfelt and some just condolences for Vanessa.
Vanessa Bryant, Kobe’s wife seems quite emotional on the occasion of her daughter’s birthday. She posted a picture of Gigi’s red bow on Instagram. Vanessa wrote a message below it saying, “Gianna loved to wear a red bow in all of her school pictures. Red means love and life.”

In an act of celebrating Gigi’s birthday, her message also read, “To commemorate Gigi’s birthday today, please consider wearing red, caption an act of kindness or show how you will play Gigi’s way since she always gave everything she did her all and led with kindness.” She further asked the fans to use hashtag #PlayGigisWay to show love for Gigi Bryant and her game.
While it’s definitely a hard time for the Bryants, it’s an emotional day for the fans as well. Gigi Bryant had the genes of her father and she possessed the same passion as Kobe. She had a future in basketball in the years to come and those who watched her play wouldn’t deny that.
Recently, in the WNBA draft pick, Gigi Bryant was picked as the honorary draft pick. Vanessa posted an emotional message that day, thanking the board for such an honor. Gigi’s Mamba academy teammates who were killed in the same crash at the beginning of this year were also inducted in the draft.
Earlier today, Vanessa posted an innocent picture of her daughter, wishing her ‘Happy Birthday’. She sent an emotional message attached to it that left the fans melted.
