“That’ll scare anyone!”: When Kobe Bryant Revealed his worst Nightmare

Kobe Bryant has had an interesting history with Shaquille O’Neal. The two have shared a hilarious relationship since the time the two played for the Lakers. They did wonders on the court but always feuded with each other off-court. While Kobe always had a lot to offer on the court, he was a jovial guy, always up for banter.

The man, who was a horror to most of his opponents, had a nightmare of his own. Can you guess what it is?

‘Sports Illustrated Kids’ reporter, Max Bonnstetter, took an interview of Kobe Bryant on ‘Jimmy Fallon Show’. The kid was killing it with his confidence and asked some really intriguing questions. When Kobe was asked about a defender who he saw in his nightmares, his response was comical. He first began with, Tony Allen is the toughest defender I ever had to go against. He was absolutely tenacious.”

What is the worst nightmare for Kobe Bryant?

With a slight pause and after thinking for a second, Kobe came up with another answer, “You know what I see in my nightmares? I see Shaquille O’Neal’s lip-sync battles…That’ll scare anyone.” Jimmy Fallon was almost on the floor laughing. The crowd went crazy.

Wow! Shaquille O’Neal in Kobe Bryant’s dreams! That would be interesting!

But Kobe’s words might ring true. Shaq is just as unbelievable when it comes to roasting Kobe. With the three championships that the duo won together, they share a unique bond. O’Neal never takes a step back to diss Kobe and his raps are widely popular. His raps, for the lack of a better word, are rip-roaring.

Shaq and Kobe took Lakers to a whole new pedestal during 1996-2004 when the duo played as teammates. They were incredible as players, individually and as a pair on the court. They won championships and went on to beat records. This is one duo that every basketball fan will remember in the history of the NBA.
