Steph Curry and Damian Lillard are two of the best shooters in the NBA today. The two are often taking outrageous shots during a game and somehow end up making them. Now, the two have a wager to do the same on the opening night of the new NBA season.
Steph Curry is oft regarded as the greatest shooter in the history of basketball. Curry holds so many records when it comes to three-point shooting that it is unbelievable. Curry has changed the way the game of basketball is played. He and Klay Thompson are completely lethal when it comes to three-point shooting.
With his amazing shooting, Curry has helped the Golden State Warriors win three NBA Championships in five years and has won two MVP trophies himself. Curry is the only unanimous NBA MVP in history.

Damian Lillard on the other hand has taken the league by absolute storm. Lillard often makes impossible shots look extremely simple. His most iconic moment came during the 2019 NBA playoffs when he sunk a shot from near the halfway line to eliminate the Oklahoma City Thunder.
During the Orlando Bubble, Damian Lillard took shots from the NBA logo on the court, and made them with absolute ease. Lillard can shoot the lights out whenever he feels like it.

Lillard did everything possible to get the Trailblazers into the playoffs, including helping beat the Memphis Grizzlies in a playing game. But he could not get them past the Los Angeles Lakers last season. So he will want to prove his dominance this new NBA season.

Curry took to Instagram to comment on Lillard’s shooting, asking if he’d take a shot with time left on the shot clock. He said, “That’s wild bro…18 on the shot clock you pulling? I’ll do it if you do it!” Lillard responded openly to the challenge, ready to take the chance on the opening night of the NBA. “Let’s do it lol opening night f*ck it!”
