The Golden State Warriors won their game against the Chicago Bulls last night. Both Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson stepped up their game on the court to lead their team to victory. Stephen Curry also performed well, but above all, he looked happy and confident. His post-game conference also implied that Curry was happy. However, along with being happy, he also made himself proud by comparing one of his plays with that of NFL stars, Sam Darnold and DJ Moore.

Both the quarterbacks and wide receivers are two of the most important positions in football. The quarterbacks lead the offense along with setting up the play for the team. On the other hand, the wide receivers catch their forward passes along with outrunning the opponent’s cornerbacks.

Considering this beautiful link-up, Stephen Curry compared his long pass to Draymond Green, which resulted in a layup shot, to that of the gameplay between Sam Darnold and DJ Moore in the post-game conference. He said in the interview regarding their play against the Bulls, ” It was a classic Sam Darnold to DJ Moore connection and nobody has said that ever.”

The Dubs guard also felt proud while using the reference to complement their gameplay, along with stating that he was the first ever to use that reference. Hence, this comparison made Curry proud, however self indulgent it may be, along with making him complement his own gameplay.
