While the NCAA WBB has been having an immaculate season, high school teams are also shining brightly. In the same light, a senior from Rice High School, Texas, Saniya Burks, has caused a whirlwind in the entire basketball world. Apparently, the impactful point guard from Texas bagged a thrilling 75 points, along with 19 rebounds and 15 steals.

Actually, it was also her senior night as the Texas State commit grabbed a whopping triple-double. Here is how Saniya Burks of Rice has made this immense feat.

During her senior night against Kemp, Saniya Burks made history as she penned a staggering stat line to her name. Rice High School won against Kemp by an incredible 102-27 points on the scoreboard. Burks had six three-pointers and 19 free throws. She also had 100% free throw accuracy that night. Consequently, Recruits News and Hoops Fest Basketball acknowledged this young talent and posted her achievements on their respective official Instagram pages.

However, last week against Kemp Yellowjackets, the Rice Bulldogs senior point guard broke her last record of 62 points in a night. Further, the extraordinary talent is also ranked first in the nation for multiple stats, including scores. Currently, the Rice captain requires just 47 points to get to the 1000-point milestone. She has already committed to Texas State University. But before she enters her college career, Burks is averaging an exceptional 40.1 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 5.7 steals per game.

The 17-year-old Rice Varsity flair has already set her focus for Texas State University. She is currently the best high school player in the Golden Circle. Notably, the player has been exceptional on offensive and defensive fronts, which makes her a great addition to any locker room. The player will join the Texas State University in San Marcos next year as she becomes an integral part of their roster as well.

Burks has made an impactful effect on the Texas girls’ basketball team by getting ahead in so many stats. Her potential is right up there amongst the finest basketball players.
