Fletcher is well-known for his athleticism and adaptability. He is a skilled scorer with a keen eye for three-point shots and a flair for catch-and-shoot plays. He is a strong player because of his quick release and rebounding abilities. His height and agility give him an advantage to take on opponents successfully in defense. A setback and comeback

Fletcher had a breakthrough season before being injured in December. With two more seasons of eligibility left, Fletcher is committed to coming back stronger than ever despite this obstacle. He is on course to rank among the best players in the ACC and college basketball despite the setback of the injury.

During the 2022-23 season, the Florida State junior only got to play 10 games. However, he averaged 10.8 points 7.5 Rebounds, and 1.3 Steals. To put things in perspective, Fletcher played 29 games in the prior season and averaged 6.6 points, 3.4 Rebounds, and 0.9 Steals.

At the Seminoles’ 2022 Honours Banquet, the Florida State coaching staff presented Fletcher with the Mr. Hustle Award in recognition of his work ethic.
