The college football world isn’t just about touchdowns; it’s also home to some sweet love stories. While stars win hearts on the field, off it, they’re lucky to have their sweethearts backing them up. Take Bryce Underwood, the No. 1 quarterback recruit, who was chased by many top programs. While Michigan now holds a piece of his heart, another part belongs to his girlfriend, Diana, aka “Doll.” Bryce has already won over millions of fans, but Doll has always been his biggest hype woman. Now, as Underwood prepares to run with the Michigan flag, he’s getting even more love from his special someone.

A little love can go a long way. But when you’re with someone like Underwood, it’s all about grand gestures, not small ones. We have seen how Sherrone Moore did not think twice before shelling out a hefty $12 million NIL check. Underwood is a lucky man. In his personal life, too, his sweetheart never misses a chance to pamper him. Be it with her lovey-dovey messages or random surprises. May 22 was one such day when the couple thought of making it special. Doll posted a couple of snaps from their recent date.

It was hard to look away from the couple in those pictures. Underwood looked dapper in a deep blue suit, with his perfectly braided hair; Doll completed her beau’s look with a blue-colored sequinned sheer dress. Naturally, she just had to show off her man. Here came a 4-word love note, “my date so handsome 😍😍😍😍😍🫶🏽.” And why need a personal stylist when your sweetheart is a pro at it? In an earlier story, Diana was seen perfectly tucking a flower into Underwood’s blazer pocket. Another picture is sure to become a trend: ‘Find me someone who will look at me the way Bryce looks at Diana.’

The YouTube influencer also keeps up with Underwood’s progress in football. On April 6, the Michigan star posted some pictures from his spring practice. They showed two full-body shots of him getting ready to throw the football and two close-up shots. His sharp focus, poised stance, and on-point swag must have melted Diana’s heart. She even reposted it with just one word: “Perfect.” After all, love doesn’t need fancy words to be expressed. As Underwood is blessed with all this love, he’s also giving back to society.

Bryce Underwood is winning hearts with kindness

Underwood is gliding smoothly through the NIL track. After sealing the deal with Moore’s squad, he got a $12 million offer. Then came his partnership with Feldman Chevrolet of Highland. Back in November, right after committing to Ann Arbor, Underwood signed his first on-card autographs with Leaf Trading Cards. Amidst all this growth, his NIL valuation, according to On3, has reached $2.9 million. He has his fun, but he also works to make the world a better place.

Is Bryce Underwood setting a new standard for young athletes with his love and kindness?

Last year in December, Moore’s QB1 followed in the footsteps of Blake Corum. Underwood partnered with Champions Circle and Valor Strength and Performance to spread happiness among the local youth by hosting a toy drive. The event included treats, festive outfits, and participants writing letters to the children who eventually benefit from the charitable event. Now that he is gaining all the hype in college, he has not forgotten about the chapter that carved him into what he is today.

Back in April, Bryce Underwood sat down for an interview with his high school security guard at Belleville, Mychal Darty. Everyone thought that the meet-up would revolve around his relationship with the star QB. That’s when Underwood pulled off a move, enough to melt not just Darty’s hearts but the whole college football fandom.

The Michigan quarterback surprised Darty with a brand-new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox SUV outside the football stadium. That’s the same spot where the two met four years ago. “We were here at this field, there was a soccer game going on, and I came back from practice and I had nothing else to do with my life,” Underwood said. “He was like, ‘hey, are you the quarterback?’ And before he ever got to know who I was or how I throw or see me as a person, he sat and had a conversation with me for like 30-45 minutes. That will always stick to the back of my head.”

The SUV, which is blue (of course) and worth about $35,000, was given by Feldman Chevrolet of Highland as part of a NIL deal with Underwood. Bryce Underwood is redefining what it means to be a young star in the NIL era—grounded, goal-driven, and guided by love.
