Colorado Buffaloes safety Shilo Sanders still is a kid at heart. Putting his hands on a new jersey still makes his heart skip a beat just like his childhood days. On August 25, his YouTube channel captured the joys of Deion Sanders’ son who went to everyone in the Buffs camp flaunting the new thread. The excitement is so vivid and is somehow related to the excitement of the Big 12 playoff. Before Shilo, it was Shedeur Sanders who gave a closer look at Nike’s funky fresh uniform breaking off from the CU tradition.

Even though the Buffs have something very crucial lined up on August 29, as Deion’s army is about to take the field against the North Dakota State, Shilo seems to be not much concerned about it. He has now become a kid who just got a new toy as a gift. However, for Shilo, it’s the brand-new Buffs jersey. Captured on the video, the Buffs safety walks into CU Media Day excitedly hiding the jersey in the back. With the elation of a kid on Christmas morning, he went around asking everyone if they were as jazzed about his new gear as he was, “They said they got a new jersey in here. It’s behind my back. You want to see the new jersey?”

And he kept on bugging everyone going to each one of them with “Hey! You don’t want to see New Jersey bro?” No matter how hyped up Shilo is about the new Jersey, it pains his heart a little to bid goodbye to the old one as he shows the picture on his mobile phone. After all, the old thread carried with it some nostalgic nuggets from their Pac-12 ride.

An emotional Shilo confessed, pointing at his mobile screen, “A lot of memories made in this jersey right here. We got to retire it now cause that’s the Pac 12 logo and we moved to the Big 12 .” Deion’s son is already buzzing about the future. He declared, “So this jersey needs to come home with me and be framed.” However, it’s Shedeur who gained the spotlight when it comes to jersey reveal.

Shilo Sanders’ brother’s perfect Instagram tease
Shedeur knows how to leave the Buffs fans on the edge of their seats. While Shilo revealed the new threads on a video, the Buffs QB gave a sneak peek of the revamped jersey by just posting a selfie. His Instagram story on August 23 was enough for the fans to go bonkers. And what did the selfie reveal? A “XII” patch (standing for Big 12) and a Nike logo embossed on the same old black and gold jersey that was enough to give fans sleepless nights.
Since Deion Sanders’ army is no longer a part of the Pac-12, their jersey too needed some “Big 12” tweak. And when it’s Deion Sanders, it had to be the $31.3 billion sportswear brand to come up with the snazzy new look. Meanwhile, it’s Coach Prime’s outlook toward life that ultimately made the plan successful.

Deion Sanders lives by the belief, “The motto is you look good, you feel good, consequently they play good. That’s what we’re aiming for.” The Buffs HC is practically beaming with joy at seeing Shilo Sanders all hyped up about the fresh threads.
