No time to pester over the loss. That’s what the motto of GOAT Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen Saban is. Alabama Crimson Tide is already in hot water after losing to Vanderbilt Commodores 40-35. Well, the gap might be quite small. But losing against Vanderbilt, THE VANDIES has been enough for Alabama fans to go into complete panic mode. Luckily, Kristen has marked herself safe from the fret sessions. All thanks to the four-legged furry friend, Ben.

Ben is College Gameday host Kirk Herbstreit’s fan-favorite possession, a 10-year-old doggo who finds a special mention in Saban’s daughter IG story. Meanwhile, Kristen is least bothered about Bama coming off a fresh loss, she captures dad Nick Saban in a peppy mood.

Kristen Saban finding comfort in furry distractions

We have all seen a Jenga tower. One block piled over the other. That’s how expectations had been piled up for debut HC Kalen DeBoer and Crimson Tide. But maybe there were too many blocks (read: hopes) that it tumbled down. The program had revved up the expectations after crushing Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs. But on October 5, that spirit somewhere went missing with Bama boys including QB Jalen Milroe not putting their best feat. The game left trauma so wild that two weeks later, Kristen’s posts hint at the big loss. On October 19, Saban’s daughter shared a cute snap of Ben on her IG story. “All I care about at the moment,” wrote Kristen.

Well, this is not the first that she had gone head-over-heels for Herbstreit’s golden retriever. Right before the Georgia match-up, Kristen buried her stress by snuggling up with Ben. As Alabama was about to face the Dawgs she let her creativity do the talking. She posted a series of snaps with Herbstreit’s furryboy with the punny caption, “The only dawg I want to see today.” Lately, post-Alabama’s Vandy game loss, Kristen is coming off stronger with her social media game.

While fans expected Saban’s daughter to break down witnessing their favorite Bama getting crushed by the Commodores, Kristen chose to come up with a surprise. Her actions rather echoed with a “Zero-cares-given” vibe. Right after the final scores came up, Kristen posted a snap of herself on the IG. What struck the fans was the caption that read, “Me going to bed tonight knowing I do not have to take these games personally anymore.” But why so?

Maybe, now that Saban no longer serves as the HC, the GOAT is finally spared of the caustic attacks online. Knowing that his father is safe from the fan blows, Kristen focuses more on getting a good night’s sleep. But how could she be so chilled out even after Bama lost to the Commodores and not to any powerful program?

On October 19, Kristen Saban shared a snap of Nick Saban looking dapper in formal attire. Probably, it was from his shooting for ESPN’s College GameDay segment where the GOAT was spotted flashing a V-sign with a smiling face. If the ex-HC can be so chilled out, you can now guess where she got those zen vibes from. Ofcourse, from Dad Saban.
