How effortlessly suave Colorado Buffaloes QB Shedeur Sanders is! And it took a Buffs decommit to unravel this side of Deion Sanders’ son. What’s the hoopla all about? On August 22, Shedeur sat in an interview with Deion Sanders Jr. And guess who was the prime guest on the podcast? The CU decommit and the now Memphis commit, Antwann Hill Jr.

Shedeur’s chill vibes over Antwann’s choice do talk a lot about the QB’s nature. But mind you, this has not always been the case. Back in July, Shedeur ended up in a bit of a jam after his cryptic post on another Buffs decommit.

Time has rolled by since Hill Jr. decomitted from Deion Sanders’ army on November 26 last year. The departure of the blue chip has been definitely a costly loss for Colorado. Finally, the QB once again got the opportunity to grab the limelight now that Memphis Tigers football has secured one of their biggest recruits. And how could Shedeur not give a shoutout to the ex-Buffs? Hill Jr. had been invited on the 2Legendary with Shedeur Sanders podcast where he shared how he often has to face the question about his decision to move out of Boulder.

Little did he expect that Shedeur would be the one to support him for his decision. The Buffs QB assured how he has got no beef with Hill Jr. What’s on his radar is the adventure that led Hill to take the plunge. “I’m not biased to anything and I understand everybody in different situations than what it’s for like,” assured the Buffs QB. For him, the ex-Buffs’ headspace was the top priority, “I was genuinely cool with I’m like yeah bro like if that’s what you feel like better for you do it like you got to live your life…I don’t want to influence you to do anything.” However, Shedeur’s early vibes were not this cheerful when ex-Buffs Xavier Smith announced to call it quits with Colorado.

Earlier records of Shedeur Sanders’ fury at Buffs transfers

This transfer season has been too harsh on Deion Sanders and company. While Shedeur chose to maintain secrecy most of the time, he lost his cool when the ex-Buffs safety Smith dragged Coach Prime through the dirt. Obviously, the Buffs QB had his reasons. After all, Smith held Deion accountable for a problematic Colorado locker room culture.

“He was destroying guys’ confidence and belief in themselves. The way he did it, it could’ve been done with a little more compassion,” claimed the undrafted rookie free agent who signed up with the Los Angeles Rams. This had Shedeur’s blood boiling. In a response to Smith’s criticism, the Buffs QB came up with a brutal jab, “Ion even remember him tbh. Bro had to be very mid at best.”

Smith was not the only one to get caught up in Shedeur’s rage. The ex-Buffs backup QB Gavin Kuld had ripped off Deion’s youngest son for his NIL valuation. And BOOM! This was enough for Shedeur’s anger to bubble up as Kuld too got hit with the same sour vibes. “I learned sometimes you have to take the high road. @GKuld  I’ll spare you only this 1 time,” tweeted Shedeur. Hence, Hill Jr. must be top-shelf to snag Shedeur’s backing.
