Drumrolls, please! There’s some big announcement for the Colorado Buffaloes QB Shedeur Sanders. Finally, FINALLY, the Buffs QB is getting back on track. Remember the time when everybody, every single soul in college, except, of course, Deion Sanders, threw a side eye at the player? Poor Shedeur came off as the most sacked player in college history. And look here; he is showering touchdowns. So, he can’t be called “poor” anymore; at least his growing touchdown scores are not allowing him to do so. As son Shedeur lands himself a spot in Colorado’s history, proud Dad Deion could not let the feeling sink in as he had to take up the microphone to raise an urgent reminder on field.

Over 52 years have passed since the last time Colorado faced Cincinnati Bearcats in Mountain Time. And what better ground to plot a comeback story? So Shedeur made the most use of their prime opportunity in Folsom Field. The Buffs defense had to shut down Arizona after coming off fresh from the 31-28 loss to Kansas State. Even amidst such mounting pressure, Shedeur did not falter even for a bit. The QB threw for 250 yards and topped it with three touchdowns that played a big role in bringing a 34-7 win against Arizona. The Buffs insider dropped in with some quick updates during the Bearcats face-off.

First things first, “He’s now thrown a TD pass in 44 consecutive games.” No matter whether over the past few months Deion’s squad has won or lost, not a single game went without Shedeur spreading his aura across the gridiron. The Buffs QB is the proud owner of maintaining a 44-game streak of touchdowns. Not just this, as something better awaits. A year ago, if someone said Shedeur would make history, would you have believed them? Well, if your answer is NO, then it’s time for you to change your mental block.

The Buffs QB has thrown 20; read that again, TWENTY TD passes right from the beginning of 2024. With this, he becomes the first player to get his name labeled for two 20-TD seasons. Back in 2023, even amidst all odds, he had thrown 27 TD passes. Deion must be on cloud nine, but at present, he is armed with a microphone and doing sprints across the gridiron!

Deion Sanders steps up to avoid chaos amidst Shedeur’s top moment

It has been just the first quarter of the Colorado vs Cincinnati game. But maybe the fans got too carried away with the weekend mood. So much so that they started to shower players with gifts (well, not the good ones). Deion could not just be there as a silent spectator waiting for things to turn ugly.

Maybe he was too scared of undergoing the same fate as Brian Kelly. The LSU Tigers fans’ happiness seemed to have no bounds after crushing Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Rebels. They took the celebration way too far and stormed the field only to get pounded with a $250,000 fine by SEC. Even Texas Longhorns HC Steve Sarkisian was not marked safe from the blow when the fans threw water bottles and beer cans after their face-off against Georgia. The fine amount remained the same!

Maybe Deion is too protective about both their reputation and their finances. The fans feared a penalty when Buffs WR Jimmy Horn Jr. took a screen pass that fueled the rage. So instead of focusing on Shedeur, Coach Prime took up his microphone, pleading to the fans to calm down!
