For the game day, any potential rain is expected to be minimal, likely less than a tenth of an inch, and should not significantly impact the game. Winds are anticipated to be light, between 4 and 9 mph, with clear visibility.

The Colts are coming off a dramatic 29-28 victory over the Broncos in Week 2, secured by a last-second 45-yard field goal from Spencer Shrader. Meanwhile, the Titans are looking to rebound from a 33-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, one of the major reasons being too many penalties (10 for 62 yards) in every phase of the game. 

Heading into Sunday’s matchup, the Indianapolis Colts are the clear favorites in the eyes of oddsmakers. They are listed as -227 moneyline favorites, with the Titans coming in as +186 underdogs. The spread favors the Colts by a little less than a touchdown, currently sitting at -4.5 points. The over/under for the game is set at 43.5, suggesting a moderately high-scoring contest.

The Colts received two big breaks  before their week 3 game

The Indianapolis Colts have just received a huge boost ahead of Sunday’s game against the Titans. It looks like two of their key guys, cornerback Charvarius Ward and tight end Tyler Warren, have gotten their clearance from their injury status, indicating they can participate in the week 3 game.

As per a post on X by the official handle of the team, it provided an “injury report update for #INDvsTEN: CB Charvarius Ward Sr. has cleared concussion protocol, and the questionable designation has been lifted for sunday’s game. the questionable designation has been removed for TE Tyler Warren (toe).”

Ward, who was in the concussion protocol after week 1’s game against the Miami Dolphins, has officially been cleared to play. He currently has a total of six tackles in that win against Miami. Meanwhile, Warren, too, has a big part in the team, as his questionable designation gets lifted after the toe injury. This is a major development for the Colts’ offense, as Warren has been a breakout performer, having 11 receptions and securing 155 receiving yards in his previous two games.

Considering this week’s practice reports along with the Colts’ injury situation, Cornerback Charvarius Ward was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice. Tyler Warren, who missed Wednesday’s session due to injury, was a limited participant on both Thursday and Friday. 

In other good news, defensive end Laiatu Latu is also expected to return to the field after sitting out the Broncos game with a hamstring injury. He was a limited participant on Wednesday and a full participant on both Thursday and Friday.
