Simply put, 6’2″, 216 lbs Lamar Jackson has a super high metabolism. This allows him to eat whatever he likes. But, he has made this idea work for him and has a wide range of dishes that help him stay in shape and perform exceptionally on the field. Jackson, however, is quite specific with his workouts as it allows him to display his expertise on the Gridiron.

The other two things implemented by the QB are related to his nutrition plan. Coming from practice or going to match, there are no specific food items or supplements preferred by the football player. However, Jackson likes to consume a lot of carbs which gives him energy. He likes to have Shrimp Alfredo before every game for the carbs. The QB also believes that the recipe clears his mind.
