The reason? Well, the Buffalo Bills‘ star QB, Josh Allen opted out of the Pro Bowl on Monday following a wrist injury. That said, the 22-year-old QB will now join the Commanders’ quarterback, Jayden Daniels, to participate in this week’s events in Orlando, Florida. Besides Maye, the Steelers’ QB, Russell Wilson will also be joining Daniels as a replacement for Lamar Jackson.

Looks like the backup squad’s about to make some serious noise—this Pro Bowl just got a whole new vibe. Speaking of Maye, no doubt the rookie earned his spot for the Pro Bowl. And why wouldn’t he? Just a couple of weeks ago, the New England team announced three-time Super Bowl champion, Mike Vrabel, as their next head coach. Of course, the fans must be hoping for the best after Vrabel’s return to the team—as a coach this time. But here’s where it gets really interesting. The big buzz around New England right now is that Bill Belichick’s son, Brian Belichick, might not be back for next season.

Pretty shocking, right? Unfortunately, that’s true. According to ESPN, it is reported that Belichick, who served for five seasons as safeties coach, will be moving on from the Patriots in 2025. He initially served as a scouting assistant in 2016 and a coaching assistant from 2017 to 2019. Though the reason for his departure is not clear yet, it looks like the Patriots will play their first season in 25 years without Belichick in their locker room.

That said, Brian served just one year under Jerod Mayo’s tenure after Bill Belichick parted ways with the Patriots following his 24-year long run with the six-time Super Bowl champions. As it seems, the Belichicks are moving from the Patriots one after another. First, Bill parted ways with this team and joined the University of North Carolina as their HC.

Later, his eldest son, Steve Belichick, left the New England team and followed his dad to the UNC. And now, it’s time for the last remaining Belichick to move on. What’s he gonna do now? Join his dad and brother at the UNC? Guess we’ll have to wait a bit more for the official confirmation.
