As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers locked horns with their long-time rival Philadelphia Eagles in Buccaneers, Florida, the famous actor Rob McElhenney was spotted enjoying the legendary showdown. The twist in the story was that the renowned star appeared to be intensely watching the clash the same night as the Emmys. Well! Even he did not appear to be satisfied with the colliding schedules.
The recent X post by McElhenney at the Emmys has stirred the internet. Just an hour ago, in a post, the actor wrote, “Who schedules the Emmys the same night as the @ eagles #gobirds?” This signified the intense dedication of Rob toward his favorite team, the Eagles. He appeared to be watching the match on his mobile screen like a true dedicated fan, which is a relatable moment for many NFL enthusiasts.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star was seen with his wife, Kaitlin Olson, enjoying today’s showdown with complete dedication. And Olson candidly took the selfie as both attended the Emmy Awards. As per reports, Rob had to participate in the awards ceremony since he was nominated for numerous categories at the Emmy Awards Celebration.

It’s interesting to note that, like Rob, his wife, Olson, is also a huge Eagles fan. Olson once discreetly outbid Rob for a signed Kyle Kelce Eagles jacket. Furthermore, Rob had the chance to be a narrator in the Eagles’ playoff hype video. Even during the Wrexham FA Cup, Rob invited his childhood friends to the tailgate to watch the Wrexham game before the Eagles’ match since he owns the Wrexham Football Club.
