Tom Brady’s former wife, Gisele Bündchen has set an ideal example for the world around her. With much negativity trying to plague her emotional well-being, the supermodel has not let it affect her in any way. Her journey towards practicing positivity finds expression in her social media profile. Now that, Bündchen is focusing on living a new life in her relationship with Joaquim Valente. The jiujitsu instructor has been spotted for the first time supporting her in public at her book launch in Miami.
Her recent Instagram story says so, as Bündchen shared a quote in her Instagram story that hints at the emotional toil she had to go through. The quote starts with, “You look at a person and can’t imagine the story they carry the- pains, traumas, fears. Just as we can’t even imagine how strong, capable, and resilient someone is.” Hence, going through this journey has helped her to gain self-belief and confidence as the quote points out, “behind smiles and glances are achievements and victories.” However, one message that reigns supreme in this short quote is the reminder to “be kind whenever you can”. Bündchen has been able to abide by this part and has been kind to herself as she embarked upon a journey of self-discovery.

While taking her pre-teen son to Valente’s jiujitsu academy, she garnered a newfound passion for the sport. Last December she earned an intermediate-level purple belt in jiujitsu. Sharing her success, Bündchen wrote, “Thank you for teaching us this incredible art that helps us on and off the mat.” Hence, the 43-year-old mother of two has been kind enough to learn new things and give love another chance.
