The Apple TV Plus docuseries on the New England PatriotsThe Dynasty, has created enough uproar that led analysts to continue the discussion. Patriots.com’s Matt Smith, Paul Perillo, and Mike Dussault took part in a discussion focusing primarily on episodes No. 9 and 10. During their discussion, all the attention was channeled to the tussle between the quarterback legend, Tom Brady, and the then Patriots HC, Bill Belichick. Interestingly, an unexpected name came up during the discussion: Donald Trump.

Dussault’s analysis revealed how Belichick and Trump had a long-term bond. But Belichick is a private person; one move by Trump led to fallout, as pointed out in the commentary, “I always kind of felt like I knew that Bill Belichick and Donald Trump had a relationship prior and I always kind of felt like Donald Trump threw Bill Belichick under the bus by reading a personal letter out loud and probably never something that Bill Belichick wanted getting out knowing how private he was.”
