All the hush-hush is finally over after 18 months. Tom Brady’s former wife, Gisele Bündchen, has finally opened up about her current relationship. For quite a long time now, rumors have been making rounds in social media that the Brazilian supermodel had been dating after her divorce from Brady in October 2022. Even though she refuses to reveal the name, by now, everyone knows it is none other than the jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. With a project very close to her heart, her cookbook “Nourish,” she evolves as an all-new Bündchen. 

The Victoria’s Secret model has gone through much physical and mental toil to become what she is today. However, Tom Brady’s former wife ensured not to carry any negative sentiments while moving forward, even after the end of her marriage, which she referred to as the “death of a dream.” But she seems to be rising from the ashes to bring back her life to the main track. Being spotted with Valente multiple times, she refused to confirm the news of her dating, claiming, “I don’t want to open myself up to all of that.” But things seem to have gained momentum; recently, Bündchen asserted, “This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first. It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”

 

As she mentioned, she has known Valente for quite a long time. Before Bündchen’s divorce from Brady, she had taken their pre-teen son to Valente’s jiu-jitsu classes. Along with her son, she too grew a fascination for the combat sport that had been the foundation of their friendship. Valente and Bündchen sharing Brazilian roots might have made the two bond deeper.

Bündchen finds love all over again

Earlier, Bündchen informed how her marriage with Brady did not work out because they both wanted “different things.” Hence, as revealed in the interview with Robin Roberts, she now channels her energy to what is best suited for her. Her actions and quotes point toward building everything all over again. Bündchen said, “Now I get to create a new season, is a new chapter in my life and I get to learn new things and I get to walk my path in a different way.”

However, as promised, she will be mindful of her choices this time. In one of her Instagram posts, where she is seated in a yoga posture, the intention runs clear in the caption, “It is all about choosing wisely. Create a life that feels good from the inside out. Recognize that each choice is a step towards a healthier, more fulfilled self.”
