The whirlwind of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s romance had captured the hearts of millions. However, the couple announced their divorce in October 2022, which made the Brazilian supermodel call the split “the death of a dream.” Bündchen, a constant name in news headlines since her divorce from Brady, recently shared her thoughts in an interview with The Wall Street Journal

Stating how her life has changed over these few years, Bündchen then delved into expressing her emotional thoughts about life. With a poignant reflection on the non-permanent nature of everyone’s life, she stated, “I think it’s the one thing that we have in our lives that’s constant. The only time something is fixed is when you die.” After her split with Brady, there is now “a different ritual” where she and TB12 have to walk on the same path as far as the co-parenting duties of their children are concerned.

Bündchen is reportedly in a romantic relationship with Joaquim Valente, her Jiu-jitsu instructor. Hence, she has moved on without sustaining negative feelings for Brady and has now dedicated herself to practicing positivity and gratitude.

Bündchen embraces spiritual practices and emotional wellness

Bündchen is now channeling her focus and energy to prioritize her commitment to well-being over tabloid gossip. Despite the challenges and rumors she has faced, Tom Brady’s former wife has taken control of her emotional and mental health. A few days back, Bündchen, on her Instagram account, shared a serene image of herself seated in a yoga posture in a lush green setting. Apart from the calmness that the picture exuded, what immediately caught the attention was the caption that followed.

Emphasizing the importance of individual choices in shaping one’s well-being, the thoughtful caption gave a glimpse of her personal philosophy that Bündchen goes by now. A part of the caption read, “Create a life that feels good from the inside out. Recognize that each choice is a step towards a healthier, more fulfilled self. Our health and happiness depend on us! Let’s do this!” With this, she encourages her fans to apply this philosophy in their lives, too.

All that Gisele Bündchen is now interested in is to surround herself with only positivity. She now embraces spirituality as a guiding force for growth and healing. In this way, she has navigated her duties, sharing co-parenting responsibilities with Tom Brady.
