“His Kids Were Born in New England”: Tom Brady’s Sister Opens Up on His 2018 Dilemma About Leaving the Patriots

While his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen was snubbed unapologetically, Brady’s sisters, his mama, and his daughter took center stage. Getting the first taste of athletic competition in his cozy home was Brady’s first career challenge. The heated debates, especially with the softball star player of San Mateo University, sculpted the early athleticism understanding of the GOAT. And when it came to the point in his career where hardly anyone could understand the behind-the-scenes complexities in his life, his sister did. “It wasn’t a question of whether or not he wanted to continue to play. He was just probably starting to think about whether things could be done differently. Which I think was really hard for him as well to kind of think about something else,” Nancy Brady said in the latest episode of The Dynasty: New England Patriots.

The latest episode of the Apple TV+ Original came as a ticking bomb for fans since they hardly expected Tom Brady to confirm the rumors of him leaving the Patriots because of Bill Belichick. Following the grand revelation, Nancy Brady’s words describing his brother’s extremely conflicted mindset were enough to turn fans’ eyes teary. “Because he loved New England,” Nancy iterated. “His kids were born in New England. He loved the fans, Mr. Kraft, and the organization. This has been our home. And so, despite these feelings of frustration, the thought of going somewhere else just really didn’t seem possible,” she added further.

Well, in the games where Jack, Vivian, and Benjamin were not on the bleachers, cheering their hearts out for their father, the game seemed a bit empty to fans, which is enough to define the bond between Robert Kraft’s team and Brady’s kids. So, it only devastated the fans more when Tom Brady made the statement, confirming the rumors.

Even when Brady went through a sour patch with Coach Belichick, he didn’t let falter the respect he had acquired for Belichick through 20 seasons. Even when it came to Belichick’s coaching abilities being questioned, and his success being credited to Tom Brady, the GOAT stepped forward, shutting them all down. All these recent exchanges between Brady and Belichick made it even more devastating for fans to believe in the confirmation of the ‘Brady leaving the Patriots because of Bill Belichick’ rumors.

“But I wasn’t going to sign another contract [in New England] even if I wanted to play until 50. Based on how things had gone, I wasn’t going to sign up for more of it,” Tom Brady admitted in the latest episode of Dynasty. Well, Belichick’s goodbye statement only added fuel to the raging fire. “Saying goodbye is always hard, but he made the right and the best decision,” Belichick said, becoming the hot target for Brady fans.
