Much has changed after NFL legend, Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen decided to part ways after a 13-year-long marriage in 2022. After their expensive divorce, reported to be approximately $ 733 million, both of them have seemingly moved on. Bündchen recently disclosed her relationship with Joaquim Valente, while Brady has been in an on-off relationship with Irina Shayk.

The former couple has expressed a complete display of maturity. Through a joint statement, Brady and Bündchen expressed their desire to share responsibilities as parents turning their divorce into an amicable split. As informed by one of their close acquaintances, “Tom and Gisele have navigated their co-parenting relationship really well. They have made a focused effort on putting their kids’ needs first despite things having not worked out for their marriage.”

It was in October 2022, that the couple finalized their divorce, however, their support for each other has never faded out. This further helped both Brady and Bündchen to navigate through the joint custody of their two children, 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian.

Even after parting ways, they have worked on their communication and an insider revealed, “[They] are able to discuss their children’s needs in a really mature way”. The NFL legend and his former wife ensured to focus on time management as well to foster a balanced upbringing. Meanwhile, both Brady and Bündchen are balancing their dating lives to make a positive example for co-parents worldwide. 

Brady’s attempt to adapt Gisele’s new chapter

Bündchen and her longtime jiujitsu instructor Joaquim Valente have been spotted multiple times together despite denying any romantic involvement. A grainy footage published by the Daily Mail allegedly captured the couple intimately sharing a moment in Miami on Valentine’s Day. Adding complexity to the situation, anonymous sources revealed that Bündchen and Valente have been together since June 2021 and not 2023 and that Valente accompanied the supermodel when she went on a two-month retreat to Costa Rica in October 2022, just after the divorce announcement.  

On being questioned about his views regarding the rumors, the former NFL quarterback acknowledged that while he and Valente are not friends, he sees him as a “good guy”. He further reassured me that he is willing to adjust to any co-parenting situation involving Valente. Even though Brady and Bündchen’s paths have been separated, the former quarterback continues to embrace the “new normal” looking forward to promoting a positive co-parenting atmosphere with his ex-wife.
