The exasperation when the shot that your team really needed is pulled off, but all you get to look at are the celebrities celebrating the shot? Rob Gronkowski feels it too. Although the marketing strategy is top-notch here, luring in more and more non-sports viewers, it piques the die-hard fans’ annoyance. Some similar complaints have been coming in since Kelce started dating Taylor Swift.

While it was new, fans enjoyed the new faces. However, now that the season is intensifying, fans want to see more of Kelce’s moves, rather than Taylor Swift’s cheering after the TE makes a catch. Gronk touched upon the rather unaddressed issue.

Rob Gronkowski stands with the dedicated NFL fans

Gronk was delighted for Travis Kelce, as he has the woman he loves standing in the bleachers cheering for him. “It’s great for business I think it’s great for the NFL. Very cool for Travis.” However, when it comes to the fans who want football 24*7, it becomes a problem for them, for obvious reasons. “I can see you know some fans, like true NFL fans, that want a replay every single time,” stated Gronk. Continuing further, he said, “I get it. They’re like, ‘Oh get Taylor off the screen’ because they’re true football fans. They want to see football 24*7. Those are the guys that are getting mad about it that.”
Per him, these fans want to catch every moment that they possibly can on camera after the ball has touched the Red one. What they get rather, is Taylor Swift, something that they did not sign-up for. However, this is not the first time the NFL has witnessed such couples. Yet, Swift distracting the crowd from the Chiefs’ performance is something that even Skip Bayless agrees on.

Skip Bayless on Swift distracting Kelce

Chiefs are on a roll with their losing streak extending to 3. The reason for this is clear to Skip Bayless, which he was not sugar coating in his show ‘Undisputed’. Earlier, the Taylor Swift who was “cheering for her man” is now “starting to distract the Chiefs.”

Moreover, its not just Bayless that holds the opinion. After Kelce was spotted playfully side-bumping Swift in a game that they could have played better, with them being the previous year’s SB champions, speculations broke loose. Moreover, Travis’ slump in his performance of not scoring a single touchdown in the last five games is not helping much. Will the saga continue in their upcoming game against the Bengals as well? Only time will tell.
