It all started back in the summer of 2023. Brady had just stepped into post-retirement life—technically for the second time—but this time, it seemed like he meant it. Meanwhile, Irina Shayk had been single for a while, focusing on co-parenting her daughter with Bradley Cooper. Out of nowhere, the two were spotted together in L.A., first after reportedly spending the night at Brady’s place, and later grabbing dinner and laughing in the backseat of a chauffeured car. At first, it looked like just another rebound story—an NFL legend and a supermodel making headlines. But sources admitted that the chemistry was real. They liked each other’s vibe. It wasn’t just tabloid noise.

Things moved fast… and then didn’t. By October, it fizzled out quietly. No dramatic statements, no messy unfollowing sprees. Just a “life got busy” kind of ending. Irina had work, modeling contracts, and her daughter’s school routines. Brady had his broadcasting debut with FOX Sports and was figuring out his part-ownership with the Raiders. There wasn’t time—or maybe the timing wasn’t right. A few anonymous sources close to them said it came down to scheduling and priorities, not feelings. Still, something about it didn’t seem fully closed. There were no bitter endings, just an unfinished pause.

Fast forward to early 2025, and the two found themselves back in each other’s orbit—though this time, things looked and felt different. No frantic headlines, no backseat paparazzi shots. Just quiet sightings, a few cryptic posts, and insiders saying the “spark is back.” They’re reconnecting at their own pace, with no pressure and no expectations. It’s not dramatic—it’s intentional.

And now, right as Mother’s Day weekend rolled in, Brady’s been in the news again—but this time, for something heavier. A public apology. Not directly to Gisele, sure, but close enough that people noticed. And Irina? She had something to say, too. Not loud. Just five words.

But amidst this, both of ’em are busy with their personal lives as well. While Brady is out there spending time with his children, cooking meals occasionally as well, whether they like it or not, Irina is celebrating Mother’s Day with her 8-year-old daughter Lea de Seine Shayk. On Sunday, Shayk hopped up on her official IG handle and shared a story with her daughter, writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to all.”

Irina shares her daughter with her ex-partner, Bradley Cooper. Before her dating rumors with Tom Brady surfaced on the internet, Irina was in a four-year relationship with the Hollywood star. The couple started dating back in 2015 and welcomed their first child, Lea de Seine Shayk, in March 2017. However, they split up in June 2019.

On the flip side, Brady became single after he and Gisele Bündchen finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. With Bündchen, the Patriots legend shares two kids: Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12. He also shares son Jack, 17, with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan. But while Brady and Shayk’s dating rumors keep buzzing the social media, the NFL GOAT is out there reflecting on his past mistakes.

Tom Brady’s roast show didn’t work out well for him

Tom Brady’s last year has been.. Well, let’s say a kind of mixed bag. On one side, the 47-year-old Patriots legend became the lead color commentator at Fox and the Raiders‘ minority owner, while on the other, his appearance on Netflix’s The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady caught everyone’s attention, which aired live in May 2024.

What’s your perspective on:

Is Tom Brady's parenting lesson from the roast show a sign of growth or just damage control?

Have an interesting take?

The show featured the likes of actor-comedian Kevin Hart, Nikki Glaser, and Kim Kardashian. Their jobs? To roast the NFL GOAT in every way possible. And let’s be real—those guys nailed their job perfectly. The reason? Well, recently, Brady sat down on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, where the seven-time Super Bowl champion revealed that he has some “regrets” after participating in the show, especially because of how it affected his kids.

“It was tough on my kids for sure,” Brady admitted while also adding that itwas really hard” on his children, Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, with ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, and Jack, 17, whom he shares with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan. “There’s some things as a parent you f— up, and you don’t realize until after. We’re not perfect parents. You’ll see as you grow up, there’s no perfect manual for it.”

One particular joke Nikki Glaser really stuck—and not in a good way. She took a swing at Brady’s divorce, and word is, Gisele wasn’t exactly laughing. It definitely raised some eyebrows. And get this, when Brady talked about the show to kids, they straight-up asked him why he did that. “And then I’ll never forget when I talked to my kids the next day. I felt like a stake through the heart, understandably,” he continued while adding that his kids wanted to know “what was the point” and “why did you do that.”

But at the end of the day, Tom Brady admitted that the roast show was a good lesson learned, and he’ll become a good parent. “So I think it’s a good lesson for me as a parent. I’m going to be a better parent as I go forward because of it, and at the same time, I’m happy everyone who was there had a lot of fun,” he said. Long story short: Brady’s roast show did catch some attention, but not in a very good way.
