Antonio Brown lauds Anthony Edwards’ performance

Following Edwards’ glorious 122-116 victory over Durant, everyone couldn’t stop being amazed at the 2x NBA All-Star shooting guard. With this victory, Minnesota becomes the first NBA team to make it to the second round of the playoffs. NFL veterans Antonio Brown and Robert Griffin III also penned their opinions on Edwards. Brown posted his verdict on the 22-year-old on X, saying, “Anthony Edwards is a killa.”

RGIII, meanwhile, makes his faith in Edwards known to the world by making a bold prediction: “Anthony Edwards will be league MVP next year. He will be the new face of the NBA people have been waiting for.” In the tight game, Edwards led the Timberwolves with 40 points, nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, and two blocks. He racked up 13 of 23 shots from the field and a 7 of 13 effort from long distance to sweep the “star-studded Suns” 4-0, who have eight division and three conference titles. While Brown has high praise for Edwards, he has also thrown another basketball player under the bus.

Antonio Brown trolls D’Angelo Russell

In another X post, Brown trolled the Los Angeles Lakers star D’Angelo Russell after he posted a message: “The calmer you are the clearer you think, move with strategy not emotion.” In response, the former NFL player uploaded a picture of a person holding a mic to a trash can with the caption, “Anything else?”

The Lakers have an upcoming game against the Denver Nuggets in Game 5. In Game 4, Russell didn’t play his best and only averaged 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. His playoff luck took a downturn right from Game 1, where he secured only 13 points, three rebounds, and three assists. As the event keeps unfolding, Brown may have more verdicts in store for the media.
