Despite all criticism, Tom Brady’s digs at the NFL’s new rules are not stopping anytime soon. He made crystal clear through his reply to Peyton Manning last night. As Peyton Manning discussed the prospects of a game between the Current players vs. the Past players, Chad Johnson, the guest on Manning’s show, opted for Manning as the QB, over Brady.

Well, Manning dissected the strategy of Brady as the QB, asking what his “secret buffer” is to play the best ball. Brady’s response to the show was quick. “With today’s rules? Give me Chad and Randy on the outside and we’re putting up 35 next week. The bunker is no secret Peyton, come get some work in.” Not only did Peyton Manning’s roasting part surprise fans, but Brady’s claim of scoring 35 with Moss and Johnson was an even bigger one to them.

On Sunday NFL Countdown, Moss said the comment, ” Well, Tom Brady is a reason for that,” asserted Moss. ” You’re sitting up here yelling at the officials, writing back to the National Football League.” Well, Randy Moss had a fair point as not only Brady is one of the most influential figures, but he has played one of the most influential positions in the NFL as a QB. A position that many people looked up to, as Moss puts it. “You’re sitting there laying the quarterback down all soft,” aggravated the Hall of Famer.
