The famous Cam Newton is back again with his on-spot controversial commentary. This time, his target is the NFL GOAT, Tom Brady. A few days back, the quarterback legend Brady seemed to be all positive about the chances of his potential comeback in the NFL if given a chance.

Even though the TB12’s fans went gaga over this possibility, Newton came up with a brutal jab about this chance on the YouTube show 4th & 1 With Cam Newton. After that, Julian Edelman barged in to provide a reality check.

The conversation went too far as Brady got a haircut; he hinted at making a comeback in the NFL world. In the show with Cam Newton, the clip is used as a reference where the TB12 is found saying, “I’m not opposed to it. If they would I don’t know if they’re going to let me if I become an owner in an NFL team. I don’t know I’m always going to be in good shape.” To this, Newton came up with his expert comment, calling the possibility, “This is clickbait.”

To further justify his analysis, he drew focus to the top right corner of the video and said, “That’s of TikTok.” Earlier too, back in November last year, Newton has expressed his disagreement based on Brady’s remark that quarterbacks are mediocre as a result of changes in rules. He commented, “I think Brady was on some hating sh*t right there.” It is after four months Newton is again back on charging the TB12. Meanwhile, Brady’s closest confidant, Edelman, poured cold water on the prospects of Brady’s return.

Edelman’s stamp of confirmation

Back in 2023, Brady announced his retirement. However, later in a podcast, the TB12 expressed his desire to consider taking calls in case any teams reach out. Edelman had been a critical part of the New England Patriots dynasty that Brady led. In an interview with FOX News, he debunked the idea that Brady would make a comeback at 46.

Regarding Brady’s interview with Deep Cuts, Edelman replied, “No, bro! The guy is in St. Tropez right now.” He further decoded Brady’s intention, claiming, “The wording was if someone got hurt late in the season, do you think you can do it? And Tom’s a confident guy. He definitely thinks he can go do it. Is he going to do it? I don’t think so. Probably not.”

Being the season’s Most Valuable Player three times and with Super Bowl MVP records five times, Brady’s fans were on the verge of their dream coming true. However, it is far from true with Newton’s comment and Edelman’s confirmation.
