For the new Los Angeles Chargers’ HC Jim Harbaugh, everything seems to be new. Moving into California, the coaching maestro has startled the NFL fans with his unconventional choice of residence. Harbaugh has traded his traditional way of living for the freedom and simplicity of RV life and has temporarily stationed himself at a trailer park, close to Disneyland in Anaheim.

However, Colin Cowherd has come up with his analysis to find out the reason behind Harbaugh’s choice in living an out-of-box experience. In the meanwhile, living in an RV has been a dream come true moment for the Chargers’ HC who aspired to be living the life of Jim Rockford.

At the NFL’s annual meeting in Florida, Harbaugh confirmed the news of him living in an RV, ever since he moved out of Michigan. Talking about how he has been dealing with his new life, he revealed the RV model he uses, which is a Ford Motorcoach. After his work, Harbaugh prefers to go back to his coup in the RV and spend his time strategizing for the road that lies ahead of the Chargers. Cowherd took up during the show on “UNDISPUTED TODAY”. Drawing his own analysis, the media personality claimed, “He goes into his motor coach, he goes to the back and he sits and it gives him time to think and that’s why I think he has come up. I can see Harbaugh laying down arms crossed thinking about how do I get more picks.”

Now that the Chargers squad is left with many positions to fill, Cowherd continued with his commentary, “Right now the Chargers have nine. They’d love to get about 11 or 12 cause they’ve got some real needs like Center another Corner two receivers a tight end they they want as many picks as they can get.” Meanwhile, living this life has been a dream-come-moment for Harbaugh.

Sharing about how his experience has been living in the RV, Harbaugh happily claimed, that in the RV he enjoys his “me-time”. Interestingly, in the Southern Californian retreat, he shares the same locality with Chargers’ offensive coordinator, Greg Roman who happens to live in another RV that is parked 100 feet away from Harbaugh’s. Initially, the coach was not alone in this journey but later on, his family had tagged along. Together, they went on a trip to the meetings in Orlando.

He promised to be “Jim Rockford it for the next couple of months”, citing the 1970s TV show “The Rockford Files”, where the protagonist, a private detective named Jim Rockford influenced the coach. The former college basketball coach, Tom Crean, who happens to be Harbaugh’s brother-in-law helped him with the RV. With this, Harbaugh shared yet another insight on how his stay at the RV is nearing its end, “Now that’s coming to an end — happily coming to an end — because my family is coming to California. They’re all here on this trip, and we’re all going to California together. We’ll be moving into our rental house, and that’s even better.”
